--F Paul Pierce had 12 points to pass the 19,000-point plateau. He said he was unaware until after the game that he'd hit the mark. But he lost the game ball to Ray Allen, who reached 20,000.

-- G Tony Allen did well filling the Marquis Daniels void Thursday. He had eight points, three rebounds and two steals in 17 minutes.
